Report a bug How it works
Draw progress0 / 25 valid entries

No end date: the winner is drawn the moment we hit 25 confirmed bugs. The more valid bugs you find, the more entries you hold.

How it works

Four steps, no catch, no purchase.

1

Find a bug

Use Flatmate Flow and notice something broken: a crash, a wrong number, a button that does nothing, a broken layout.

2

Report it

Tell us what happened and the exact steps to reproduce it. A screenshot link helps a lot.

3

We verify

If it's new, unique and reproducible, we confirm it, and your name goes in the draw. One entry per confirmed bug.

4

We draw

When 25 valid entries are in, we draw one at random and pay the winner $250 AUD.

What counts as a valid bug

To keep it fair, every report is reviewed against the same bar.

✓ Earns an entry

  • It's a real defect: the app does the wrong thing.
  • It's new: not already on our known-issues list.
  • It's unique: first person to report it gets the entry.
  • It's reproducible: we can follow your steps and see it too.

✕ Doesn't count

  • Feature requests or "I'd prefer it worked like…".
  • A bug someone already reported (it's marked a duplicate).
  • Something we can't reproduce from your steps.
  • Spam, or issues in software that isn't Flatmate Flow.

Report a bug

Takes about a minute. We'll only use your email to verify the bug and let you know if you win.

Used only to verify your bug and notify you if you win. See the terms.

Upload your screenshot somewhere and paste the link. Optional, but it speeds up verification.

Terms & Conditions

Flatmate Flow "Find a Bug, Win $250" promotion.

Promoter: Kilkelly Enterprises, ABN 82 862 013 361 (the "Promoter"), the maker of Flatmate Flow. Contact: kilkellyenterprises@gmail.com.

1. Eligibility

2. Free entry, no purchase necessary

Entry is completely free. You do not need to buy anything, hold a paid subscription, or pay to enter or win. Submitting a valid bug report is the only way to enter.

3. How to enter & what counts

Submit a bug report through the form on this page with your name, email, a description of the bug and steps to reproduce it. You earn one entry for each bug report that the Promoter confirms is:

  1. New: not already known to or recorded by the Promoter;
  2. Unique: not already reported by another entrant (the first valid report of a given bug wins the entry; later duplicates do not); and
  3. Reproducible: the Promoter can reproduce the bug by following your steps.

The Promoter assesses each report in good faith and marks it valid, duplicate or invalid. The Promoter's assessment of whether a report meets these criteria is final. Feature requests, suggestions, and issues that cannot be reproduced do not count.

4. The draw

There is no fixed end date. The draw takes place as soon as 25 valid entries have been accumulated. One entry is then selected at random using a documented, reproducible method, and the result is recorded so it can be independently verified.

5. Prize

The prize is AUD $250, paid to one randomly drawn valid entry. The prize is paid by PayID, PayPal, or Australian bank transfer to the winner. There is one prize per draw. The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for another form of value.

6. Winner notification

The winner is notified by email at the address provided, within 7 days of the draw. The winner must provide valid PayID, PayPal, or bank-transfer details to receive the prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 30 days, the Promoter may redraw.

7. Privacy

The Promoter collects your name, email and bug report solely to administer this promotion: to verify reports, prevent duplicate or fraudulent entries, and contact the winner. Your details are not sold or shared for marketing and are not published. You may request deletion of your details at any time by emailing the Promoter, though this will also withdraw any unresolved entries.
