Is it really free?
Yes, and it stays that way. Every feature in the app is in the free tier, and the free tier isn't going anywhere. We're working on a Pro tier for advanced features later, but it adds to the app rather than walling off what's here. Sign up, invite your roommates, use everything.
Will the price change later?
No. The current feature set stays free. Pro is a future tier with extra advanced features that will be priced separately, but the app you sign up for today doesn't get paywalled.
How many people can join one household?
Unlimited. Two roommates or a six-person shared house, all on the free tier.
Does it work outside Australia?
Yes. Flatmate Flow works globally. Pricing is in Australian dollars, which often makes it cheaper than US-priced alternatives once your currency converts.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
We export your household data on request and permanently delete it. You're in control. See our Privacy Policy for the full process.
Is there an iOS or Android app?
Yes. Flatmate Flow is a Progressive Web App, so you can install it to your homescreen on iOS and Android in one tap. You get an app icon, a full-screen experience, and push notifications. Native apps are on the roadmap for tighter camera integration on the receipt scanner.
