Is it really free?
Yes. Every current feature is in the free tier. We're building a paid Pro tier for advanced features later, and the features that are free when Pro launches stay free for your account. If we ever change which features are free, we'll tell you at least 30 days beforehand.
What's the catch?
No catch. We're focused on growing the user base. A Pro tier with advanced features is in the works; you can keep using the free tier indefinitely.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No. There's nothing to charge for. You sign up with an email, name your household, and you're in.
When does Pro launch and what's in it?
No fixed date yet. We'll announce the price and the feature list before it goes live. Free-tier users will be the first to know.
What happens to my data if I stop using Flatmate Flow?
We export your household data on request and permanently delete it. You're in control. See our Privacy Policy for the full process.
